Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through doubiedough.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak periods (sales, promotions, holiday season), processing may take 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times below are counted from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time.

CAD prices shown above use an approximate rate of US$1 = CA$1.40 as of July 2026 and are provided for reference only. Exchange rates fluctuate daily — please confirm current rates, or better, enable automatic currency conversion in your Shopify checkout, before publishing.

Free-shipping thresholds apply separately within each shipping zone (Canada, United States, or Rest of World) as shown in the table above — they are not combined across zones.

3. International Orders, Customs Duties & Taxes

We currently ship to most countries worldwide via carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, USPS, and DHL.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary widely by country — please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
You can track your package directly on the carrier's website using this number.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Lost packages: if your order has not arrived within 10 days after the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@doubiedough.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged packages: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Delayed packages: we are not liable for delays caused by customs, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions, but we will help track and follow up on your behalf.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we cannot guarantee a change once the order has shipped.
